Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
Incorrect item received
Damaged or defective product
Size exchange (if available)
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless damaged.
How to initiate a return:
head over to My Account<Orders<click on return side to the product you want to return.
Mention your Order ID, the reason for return, and attach photos if the item is damaged/defective.
We will respond with further instructions and a return address.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return:
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a refund via UPI/Bank transfer.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchange Policy
We allow size exchanges based on stock availability.
To request an exchange:
Follow the return process above and mention that you want a size exchange.
If the requested size is not in stock, you will be offered store credit or a refund.

Standard Shipping Time (India): 3–7 business days
