Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item received

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size exchange (if available)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) must be provided.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return unless damaged.

How to initiate a return:

  1. head over to My Account<Orders<click on return side to the product you want to return.

  2. Mention your Order ID, the reason for return, and attach photos if the item is damaged/defective.

  3. We will respond with further instructions and a return address.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue a refund via UPI/Bank transfer.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Exchange Policy

We allow size exchanges based on stock availability.
To request an exchange:

  • Follow the return process above and mention that you want a size exchange.

  • If the requested size is not in stock, you will be offered store credit or a refund.


Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India (and internationally where specified).

Shipping Timeline:
  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Shipping Time (India): 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during high demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
